THC Lake Whitney RV Community is a gated community for Recreational Vehicles and their owners. There are 67 of 136 deeded building sites remaining to be sold in this 10+ year old subdivision. Prices range from $10K up, central sewers, water and electric readily available to each site. We call the "car ports" we build for RV's RV ports and the homes, Villas. We build attractive, tall metal RV ports wide enough for an RV and a home under the same roof. We include full hook ups in the RV port so it can be lived in with all slide rooms out. The villas may range from about 600 square feet to 2,500 square feet or more.
