In 1978 Ratliff Ready-Mix began as a family
business right here at Lake Whitney with just five employees. Lake
Whitney's growth has kept the concrete business growing every year since the
beginning. In expanding the business we have purchased our own sand
and gravel deposit which allows us to better maintain the quality and price of
our products as effectively as possible within the standards of this business.
Though we have grown to having ready mix plants in
Cleburne, Corsicana, north and south Waco, we still have a high production
plant right here in Whitney. Ours is a family owned and operated
business. We also consider our extended "family" of courteous
drivers and plant personnel as top of the line in our industry and we strive
hard to help our customers get the job done right.
Ratliff Ready-Mix is certified by the National
Ready Mix Concrete Association (NRMCA) that encourages quality and
professionalism in our industry.
The Texas Department of Transportation certifies
our over-the-road equipment that is the best and newest equipment to deliver
the best products ranging from highway construction to decorative and designed
concrete construction.
