Senior Care Program: A geriatric-psychiatric partial day program staffed with a psychiatrist, counselor, R.N., activities director, and social worker. This program is for the treatment of depression, inability to cope with stress or adjustment to changes. For information call (254)694-3165, Ext. 250. | |

Assisted Living services: This is a service provided for anyone who is no longer able to live alone. Large private rooms are available with a telephone and cable television in each room. Three meals per day, plus snacks, are served. Medications are given by licensed nurses. These residents are also cared for by the same nurses who care for the acute care patients. This is a self-pay program. | |

Swing Bed services: A Medicare program designed to further assist a patient after an acute care hospital stay. Patient must meet Medicare criteria for admission. | |

We accept Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Chips, PacificCare, First Care, HealthSmart, Beech Street, Medical Control, and other commercial insurances. | |
