Lake Whitney is located at the top of the Texas Hill Country.

Summers are warm, but typical south to south-easterly breezes help to keep it comfortable enough to enjoy outdoor activities throughout the summer, especially those centered around the lake.

Daytime highs in the winter often reach into the 70's or higher, making it perfect weather for a round of golf or a hike around the lake.
